Lost Tooth

Lost my first milk tooth last night.

Was playing with Mom, actually
went to bite Mom and suddenly fell off the bed...
When I came up and opened my mouth to bite her again, Mom noticed my missing tooth.

On a Date !!!

Vivaan is in 1st standard, 6 year old, but shocked us all one day with his words and knowledge on subject above his age.

I asked him to draw a sun, some clouds, house and river. He improvised and added some birds, people, slides etc.

When I asked him to explain his drawing, he said something very catchy, which drew all out attention.

V: Pappa looks at the birds, they are so close to each other, and flying in the sky, they are on a Date.

"On a Date !!!", I was shocked.

What is a date? I asked.

V: When two people go out together, its a date.

Me: So if you and Darsh go out, its a date?

V: No, a boy and girl go out on a date.

Me: Oh!, so if you and Bansri fui go out is it ok?

V: No, they have to be of the same height.

Me: Oh!, then would it be a date if you and Diya were together?

V: No, they have to be of the same age too.

I left all further conversation to avoid further shock.

But later when I asked him where he had learnt that word, he said it was from his cartoons. Shocking...

Robot

At the mall today, I experienced riding a robot.
Now I know how Ironman feels and how he controls his machine from the inside.

Mentos n Coke

Each day after evening classes, Vivaan goes to the grocery store and asks for a chocolate or cake or toy.

Today to my surprise he said, Dad lets do a science trick...
Lets buy some Mentos n a Bottle of Coke.

What will we do with that? I asked.

To which he replied, we will make a fountain.
If we put some Mentos in a bottle of Coke, it will spring up into a mountain.

Where did you learn that? I asked.

Saw it on YouTube. He replied.

So we bought the items and tried that exact stuff and it worked.
We put 2 Mentos in the Coke bottle, quickly covered the cap, shook the bottle hard and thew it high up in the air, next it banged on the group, cap broke lose, and few off in one direction.

Nani when will you be a star?

Vivaan and Nani conversation.

V: Nani when will you become star (used as term to die or go far away permanently)
N: Never
V: No Nani, you will become old one day, your hair will become white, your teeth will go, you will hold a stick and walk, then what will you do, you will become a star.
So tell me when will you become a star.
N: Not now, when you get married and have kids, maybe after that.
V: Oh then, I will never marry.
