Vivaan just loves having people around him.
He enjoys company and love's to interact. Infact he gets highly involved.
An example of this was at his birthday party when he kept talking to all guests and forgot to eat or drink all throughout the day. The heights being, while jumping around in excitement he cut himself on the toe. But only after the party was over and after people left he realised that his toe was hurting.
