New School Tour

In Dubai for the introductory school tour at Emirates International School, the primary head was giving us a round of the facilities and explaining the curriculum and how the courses are conducted.

He at the end asked, any questions?

Vivaan's hand was already up, and he had to ask...

"what time do we have to wake up? "

All the parents at the tour started laughing...

The primary head, after controlling his laugh, 'Early, very early. Hope you are ok with that?'

And one parent added: 'That is life'. 

American Water

Vivaan's Nani had read somewhere that some small town in US has been experimenting with different ways of filtering dirty water. One of the experiments consisted of filtering and cleaning sewage and turning it into potable water.

Vivaan heard it mentioned during a conversation between Nani and Geeta Nani who was incidentally visiting from Atlanta US and got completely grossed out:
"I was in America for one month last year! that means I drank that dirty potty water everyday for a month! I will never go back there ever!"
